She was thorough, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. My teeth feel so clean and refreshed now! I recently had my first-ever tooth extraction experience at Dr. Zhu’s clinic, where I had two of my wisdom teeth removed. The entire procedure was incredibly quick, and I felt no discomfort at all during the extraction. To my relief, there was no prolonged swelling or redness in my cheek afterward, which I had been worried about. I’m giving this experience a perfect score! She was very careful and considerate of my concerns as a patient and helped me address them. She is also very good at explaining things in a simple way so patients can understand. Everyone at the office here was wonderful. When you talk to anyone, it really felt like they were talking to you as a person, rather than a patient name on a form. I am getting married next week and had assumed that I wouldn’t have time for a teeth whitening treatment. As soon as the doctor heard that, she extended my appointment to put a rush on the process and make the molds required for the whitening, even though it was my first time at the office.
